Workshop aims: Develop your mental strength, raise motivation, focus clearly, deal with the stress before launching, setting achievable goals, convert nervousness into concentration, develop self-assurance, have fun while flying.
Target group: Paragliders, who want to use the full potential of mental training for more security and fun when flying.
